it depends on what your hair needs in particular, but generally if you eat healthy and take care of yourself, that'll show in your hair.



Just make sure to wash your hair regularly and use a good conditioner. However, don't wash too often or you'll just strip your hair of essential oils it produces naturally.

I would warn that to merely apply oil in large amounts to your hair will throw it off-balance and you'll end up with dry hair. ((You oil your hair, your body says "whoa, enough oil" and stops sending oil to your scalp, eventually, dry scalp))



Hair being thick or thin is heredity and there is really no way to change it. What you can do is take the best care of what you have.
