Is there any specific way to use hair thinning scissors, is it safe to just buy a pair and do it myself?

Thinning it will make it more manageable but it is almost impossible to do this yourself and for it to look good! The most probable outcome is really patchy hair - it will look terrible given how thick your style is now!

my hair is thick too and i get it thinned when i go to get my hair cut, but i don't recommend you doing it by yourself just in case you mess up, just get it done at a salon

i did this and did it completly wrong myself lol i had loads of small bits sticking out in my hair so i suggest go 2 a stylist and if u do it wrong u can make it thicker aswell
