i have very thick, very long, brown curly hair, but i like to sraghten it... okay so i mistakenly bought "suave thick and full" thinking it was for "thick and full" so i was like "oh well, i'll just use it up in a hurry and get it over with"... okay... so i used it, then i started to blow dry my hair, and all of a sudden... my hair was SO FREAKIN PEREFECT, it was amaizing, i didn't have to iron it after i blew dry it, and i didn't even have to curl it under because my brush did the job... i love it! it sooo nice, and it even makes my curly hair nice, i it sooo awesome!

I also have long, thick, brown hair(my aunt used to say I had 'horse hair' because the strands are so thick). I have tried just about everything available (salon and regular stores). My personal favorite is Biolage Hydrating Shampoo and Biolage Detangling Solution as conditioner. I can tell the biggest difference afterwards...with other shampoos, my hair feels very heavy on my head. With this one, it just feels cleaner and lighter. Hard to describe, but worth the money. If you have a super Walmart that has a salon inside, you can check them for good sales. That's where I buy mine from, and they usually have it on sale.

I dont have a specific shampoo but what I do is switch shampoos about once a week. I have about 3-4 different kinds of shampoo and conditioner in my shower and switching them every now and then works really well for me.
