my friend suggested it and, well...

im thirteen and a female and my hair is naturally thin and i want it thicker any suggestions if you know that Pantene dont work?

It does. Pantene makes great products. I've used Pro-V, and most recently I have been using the relaxed and natural line. It definitely makes your hair feel much healthier.

I haven't actually used it myself, but I use Garnier Fructis Fortifying and I know it works

I haven't used it before, but usually if you read the bottle it doesn't actually say your hair will be thicker. It usually says "thicker LOOKING hair".... sneaky sneaky.

depends on which one you try... my daughter is 17 now and has used pantene since she was 2 years and nothing else she always gets compliments on her hair leave it shiny and thick

Hair plugs is the only way to actually "thicken" your hair. But the shampoo will help give it more voluminous appearance.

it all depends on ur hair it works 4 some ppl but if it dont work 4 u theres a shampoo and cond. its 4 horses and humans it worked 4 me and my friends its in stores

Pantene is a great shampoo for increasing thickness and conditioning of your hair but be careful not to over use it as it may cause some irritation of your scalp through excessive use

I've heard pantene is crap for your hair. ALL pantene shampoos contain too much protein and silcone to make hair appear soft and look healthy..they don't actually do anything truly for the hair. Garnier fructis products are a nice alternative because these products actually contain natural oils like jojoba, coconut, and avcado oils that are SUPER important for making your hair healthy. Also drink like 1-2 gallons of water a day and you will notice a change.

No, but it might make it FEEL thicker... the thing about pantene is that it works really well at first, but it coats your hair with wax(to make it look shiney) but after a while you can end up with a waxy build up so you may have to switch to another shampoo for a while
