I need hair syles and tips that dont require alot of gel and hair spray. i have thick long wavy hair

i want a hair style so i can leave my hair down w/o alot of gel and hair spray, im not really into the whole hard look. i constantly keep my hair up because i cant find any thing to do w/ it. plzz help me, i want a new look before i go back to school. thx

Use miss jessies (curly pudding)

And try this (i have long curly hair too)

wash hair with conditioner, leave some of it in when u wash out. wring it out then put antifrizz gel in it and let airdry...

or if u buy the miss jessies.. put it in after u wash.. let air dry.. then the next day to fix your hair back up use a water-based gel and let airdry.. it will give u the wet look but when it dries its not frizzy.

use a bedhead defrizzing product.

and leave it down.

Head bands are cute your hair is still down but out of the face and you don't really need any hair product.

i guess i have the same type of hair just like yours--wavy, long hair--and the same problem (not knowing what to do w/it). i'm thinking to cut it short so i won't have to deal with it during school--yea, i'm going back to school soon, just like you do too! what a coincidence.
