Get it trimmed a bit. Use Pantene. For the longest time it seemed my hair would just never grow back. I had the ends trimmed, use Pantene, and take one fish oil capsule (doesn't matter what brand) and my hair is now back down to my waist. A vitamin a day and a vitamin E won't hurt either. I've tried other products, but Pantene is what works for me. I don't know if you towel dry your hair, but if you do, bend over forward and massage your scalp with your fingers.
