I used to have really thick hair but after many years of dyeing my hair it has become a lot thinner. The only way to get instant thick and long hair is to use hair extensions. Clip in ones seem to work the best I think as they don't restrict your hair growth or damage you hair in any way and you can put them in and take them out as you please. Ebay do a good range of quality human hair extensions. The only other thing I can suggest is taking vitamins and supplements to help with hair growth and be patient unfortuantely!
