You have to determine if your hair is actually THICK (meaning whether each individual hair is thick(diameter) or if the hair is of a fine texture (soft but a lot of hair per square inch)! Most hair is fine. If fine hair, but alot of it, is your problem, you could most likely grow your hair long! The trick is to make sure it is in good health. You must keep it conditioned and trimmed!!! Don't just listen to friends or family! You should go to see a hairdresser that you trust! Most reputable hairdressers will give you advice!
