How do i get my hair from thick to silky in less than a month?

Thick and dry? Thick and wirey? thick and unmanagable? What's the problem? Thick hair can be gorgeous. If it's any of the above issues, I would use a good quality hair reconstructer with a plastic cap and blow dryer for 20-30 min. so the product really penetrates the shaft. The next day you could use a cellophane treatment to lock down the cuticle which really helps create that silky mane. I use a cellophane product called "Jazzing",, sold at Beauty supply stores. cost $8 lasts 6- 8 weeks~fabulous!!!

Most of the hair products can get u the soft texture u desire. Keratese is an example.

Use a good shampoo. I have very thick hair....and it's shiny and wonderful looking all the time (or so I'm told by everyone.)

Paul Mitchell (Everyday Moisture Shampoo), Paul Mitchell (same conditioner)....Pantene (once a week, Pro-V shampoo), same conditioner..) NO other products. (no spray, no wax, nothing).

Dryer setting on low, don't dry one spot at a time. Wave the dryer around so it doesn't fry your hair. Don't comb wet, tangled hair. If it's curly use a pick. If it's straight, use a brush. ( I use 'wig' brushes...not the 'natural bristle' ones..)

I also have very thick hair and if I plan on straightening my hair and wanting it to look silky smooth in a couple days I will wash my hair and dry it and then not wash it for a day. It will not look oily till you go more than 1 day without. I also have found this new stuff called sunsilk(you can find it at walmart) You put it in your hair after you get out of the shower everyday. It has helped to smooth out my hair alot too.
