Everytime I shave my legs or my upper lip it comes out thicker and thicker. How can I can stop this? Yes, im a guy, im 15. I don't mind having hair I just don't like having the thick and hairy kind.

shaving your legs it will come back thinker and coarser not much you can do about that but if you start waxing your lip it wont i promise.
