I have extremely thick hair. Don't try and change it. I don't know if you do, but I get so many complements on the thickness of my hair. So many of them come from people who have thin hair and its getting thinner by the second. I think I'd rather have super thick hair, than a receding bald spot by the time I'm 42.

I have tried thinning my hair, and trust me don't do it. It makes your hair look like it has a million split ends, and its just not a good look.

Many products are made for you! Frizz ease, hair straighteners, straightening conditioners... and like the person said previously... ask your stylist to thin your hair and give you layers so it fill thinner and it's easier to tame.
