Maybe a real ceramic flat iron or a hot comb. CeramicPro is good and also the Maxiglide. Just save up if a good ceramic iron is too high. Its worth it.

you might find one on ebay that works well. i have bought 2 and bost broke within 6 months. might aswellstick with the ones from beauty salons at over 100$, instead of allways having to buy a new one.

i have the same hair as you. i cant manage it. i have to have the same hairstyle everyday, a ugly bun. The ceramic ones are good because when you straighten your hair it doesnt tear it apart or pull your hair. But straightners are bad for your hair because they burn your hair,but ceramic ones dont even though i never tried them. Everybody says this is the best straightner but sry its not under $50, its above $50. kits i think 100 something. but its garaunteed for life....my promise to you

I swear by the Hot Tools brand.

I've seen it at Hair/Beauty supply stores but have never seen it at Sallys Beauty Supply.

but i don't think it is very healthy for your hair. if you decide to go with Hot Tools, try to get the ceramic one so there is less damage.

i would definatly say a chi. i have a ceramic pro and it works great but my best friend has thicker hair and she has a chi.It gets your hair so straight and dosent damage your hair nearly as bad as conair hair straightners or other cheap brands.

i can NOT reccomend conair. so cross that one off your list if you know whats good for you

I wouldn't buy any cheap ones the expensive ones may hurt your pocket but they won't hurt your hair, consider expanding your budget for the flat iron. The maxiglide,FHI 207 and sedu are expensive but think of the quality, your hair will come out perfect. The maxiglide is especially amazing. I have seen the results of these irons I listed and they are top notch salon quality, they are worth the price.
