get a 1-1 1/2 inch curling iron and curl the ends of your hair, but you have to have a lot of hair spray, or use curlers, and if that doesnt work then print out that picture and take it to hair stylist and either get extentions or have it trimmed and styled.

i would blow dry your hair out really good (if its naturally wavy) then, i would use a medium size curling iron to curl hair lightly... but it also depends if your hair is somewhat layered, that helps if you at least have long layers..... oh yeah and some hair spray would help too (try redken http://www.redken.com/products/displayPr... ) good luck!
