To the women with thick hair....?

I have almost always had long hair. But I recently wanted to cut it but was afraid I would regret it so I had it cut to my shoulders. I still want it shorter. I was thinking of having it chin length in the front and kind of stacked in the back. My hair is pretty thick and when it dries naturally it has loose curls. Do you think I can pull off this haircut with my hair type?

It's a diagonal forward. I have thick hair too and that is how my hair is cut. Don't have it cut to your chin, have them cut it so when it's dry it will fall about 1/2 inch past your chin. Also have them texturize and thin your hair out with thinning shears. I would suggest telling them to do a 'true diagonal forward' which is basically not squared in the back. It looks better.

The only way you wouldn't want to get your hair cut that way is if you didn't have the right face shape. Which I don't know what you have so I can't tell you but ask your stylist.

You could pull it off with the right styling products and utensils, if you don't have one already you may want to invest in a straightening iron!

yeah defiantly it sounds nice :)

if you get the right cut and are able to style it right. of course you can pull it off. some of the most popular "celebrity styles" are the katies holmes cut and the victoria beckham cut.

sounds cute, i'd just recommend styling it everyday
